1981 vintage Mighty Diamonds produced by Gussie Clarke. One of the most crystal vocal groups of the Jamaican roots ilk, the Mighty Diamonds hit the streets courtesy of the mighty Jah Fingers imprint. Both sides on this release are dynamite. For me personally, the blood is flowing for Side B's 'Revolution.' This tune first came into my awareness courtesy of revival conoisseur Ras Digby. Digby flashed this on plate across the capital and Europe prolifically. Upon research, this tune was only ever released previous on an LP, minus a dub. So, to have this on 12 is splendid news. Gussie Clark production, laden with a rich dub mix as well. Trainspotter material.
