Remarks From the multicultural land of New Caledonia, Marcus Gad
is a child of Virgin Islands' Music, inspired by artists such as
the cult band Midnite. This strong influence can be felt in
his first album, Chanting, released in 2017 and supported
on stage in France and through Europe.
The album Rhythm of Serenity is on Andrew “Moon” Bain’s
initiative. He’s one of the cornerstones of Zion I Kings, a
crew composed of musicians and producers which often
collaborates with Midnite and his charismatic singer Akae
Beka. Working with artists that influenced so much his
music is a dream that comes true for Marcus Gad. Moon
sent him several productions on which Marcus can begin
to write lyrics. The evident alchemy gives rise to a unique
album , a mix of organic and refined music with a spiritual
and dissenting message.
