Remarks	North Blood is the brain child of bassist/producer Stu Mahan. ‘City Of My Mind' was initially conceived in Brooklyn, NY as part of a project with a homeless man who wanted to write and record a full-length reggae album. Stu wrote a batch of songs and tracked them with Maine based reggae band Royal Hammer. Back to Brooklyn to bestow the man with the tracks he liked, who in turn moved back to Miami to live with his family. Stu took the the roughs of ‘City Of My Mind' and met with David Gagne for vocals and saxophone player, Ryan Zoidis, of Grammy nominated funk band Lettuce, to finish off the horns. The results are found here on the North Blood 45 b/w a dub version, also created by Stu.
