Remarks	UK Roots music is built on the kind of rhythm - heard on this another classic tune from The Africans. Steppers and reality lyrics goes well together. It's militant Sly and Robbie riddim with a strong unchanging message. Time were dread in 1980 and forty years on they are still dread. That's why this music retains it's power down the years. It was built to last. Production wise Star Light City or Star Lite City is the groups own label. Which means they got little or nothing out of their works with other producers.
