Remarks Originally on Gorgon 7" in Jamaica, the riddim was laid down by Sly & Robbie. Patrick Harty recorded Freddie's voice, added keyboards and finished production. This could have been the break that Freddie needed at the time, to take him up into the heights of Gregory Isaacs and Dennis Brown. The tune even gained released in the UK on Kingsley Sounds, who looked like they were going to make a big impact on reggae music at the time. Release great tunes from Glen Brown and Wayne Jarrett. Yet despite a great rhythm and a great song - Freddy - did not make that breakthrough.
